Gilles offers 1h15 of Vinyasa Yoga on Wednesdays at 7pm and Saturdays at 10am.
It is a dynamic style of yoga with a strong focus on breathing. During the session we will do asanas (postures) with options according to each person’s abilities.
The class is open to all levels.
